This Strawberry blueberry Popsicle is literally the best thing to consume this summertime.
With the intense heat in Florida right now, grabbing one of these popsicles would be your best bet at getting the chills this heated season.
That being said, these popsicles are super duper easy to make and take less than 6 hours to prepare. Obviously, it could take longer depending on how long you decide to freeze them. However, by the 4th hour, you’re good to pop these bad boys out of its mold and lick on its goodness.
One great thing I love about these popsicles is the fact that you don’t need any extra sugar to prepare it. It already comes with its natural sugars from the fruits, thereby making it super healthy to consume. However, if you have a really sweet tooth like I tend sometimes, then add in some honey.
Yoghurt Vs Milk?
I chose to use vanilla yogurt for this recipe because it gives this popsicle a nice creamy flavor. In addition, it really makes the other fruit flavors stand out as well.
When yogurt freezes, it becomes very icy, so I would suggest throwing in some milk and honey to keep it creamy and flavorful.
However, this is optional and you can still achieve a great tasting popsicle without the additional ingredients.
